Your Initial Elm Session

The first step towards naturally improving your golf swing.

75 minute session breakdown:

30 minutes: TPI Screen
30 minutes: “Rapid-release” hands-on massage
15 minutes: Post-session Evaluation


In the initial session, a TPI 15-step physical screen will be performed in order to establish baseline ability and determine muscular areas to target.

Next, sports massage techniques that provide quick results will be performed on the targeted areas.

Finally, during the post-session evaluation, targeted areas are reassessed to show improvement. Drills and corrections are suggested for outside practice.
