Create an Identity for your Morning & Night

For the night, complete this sentence: "The night time is a time for ____________".

Once you complete this sentence, you have established night's identity. The next step is to create a routine that is based on the that identity.

For instance, for me, the sentence would be: "The night time is a time for quiet reflection".

I can now develop a routine based on quiet reflection, such as stretching, breathing exercises, reading, organizing my planner, and sipping chamomile tea.

Next, the do same thing for the morning.
